Vancouver is the only major city on the west coast of Canada and the starting point of almost every journey through the West of the country. The city has the ambitious goal of becoming “The Greenest City in the World” within the next years. Stanley Park, with more than 1.5 square miles the largest city park in Canada and the third largest all over North America, gives the city a fairly good starting position; the network of walking paths in the park is more than 200 kilometers long.
Harbor and downtown invite you to stroll and watch; Lighthouse Park and Lynn Canyon on the outskirts of the city are other destinations worth visiting. Three days for a stay in Vancouver seems to be a good plan.
