San Diego (CA)

San Diego is the second largest city in California and is located directly on the border to Mexico. Heart of the city is Balboa Park with many attractions such as the Spanish Village Art Center and the most visited zoo in the United States. On the coast, the small Seaport Village or the beaches and seal banks in the La Jolla district attract visitors. A trip to Tijuana in Mexico is possible, but costs a lot of time and nerves due to the strict border controls.
