Laumeier Sculpture Park (MO)

Laumeier Sculpture Park in southern St. Louis features more than 70 sculptures, many by internationally renowned artists, across an area of around 105 acres. The artworks are embedded in an open landscape that includes meadows, woodlands, hills, trails, and small waters. A walk through the park, which is free of charge, can easily take two hours.

One of the most famous sculptures is “The Way” by Alexander Liberman – a monumental steel structure made of red oil tanks, which is visible from afar on a hill in the middle of the area and is considered the park’s landmark.
