The Pappajohn Sculpture Park in Des Moines is considered one of the most important outdoor sculpture collections in the USA. The beautifully designed park is maintained by the Des Moines Art Center. Since it was founded in 2009, four more works have been added; at present, the small park displays 28 sculptures by famous artists such as Keith Haring, Ugo Rondinone, Barry Flanagan and Jaume Plensa.
