Along the few main roads of the Maritimes, there are no major highlights to discover. It is rather the small, funny or strange things that the attentive tourist can observe while touring the Atlantic Provinces. They are at all the prominent points – the red adirondack chairs. Colorful houses and figures indicate artists or local festivals. And every now and then you see a really cool work of art, like the giant fiddle or the sculptures by John Hooper.
